New diet that I'll actually stick to :)

I finally realized that you need to have rewards to stick to your diet. and rules too.
So this might sound crazy but i made my own diet that is 150 days long.
just so i can stay on track for the rest of the year :)
It might kill me. haha no actually its not to awful.
But my rewards are so nice.
i'm really gonna do this<3
Day one: 500cals.
so far....
3 cups of coffee 62 cals.
peas 70 cals
corn 60 cals
192 at 1:20pm.
i'll be safe until dinner<3
150 days to go :)

CW:143
Goal weight 1: 140 by August 12th.
Reward = bragging rights. you lost 50lbs (:
